The streets of Diagon Alley was quiet during the evening. The moonlight shone on the outline of a red-haired, freckled woman sitting alone in front of the closed cafe. The woman adjusted herself uneasily on the metal chair, propping her head on the table. She could feel the wet, warmth of her tears. The salty water dampening the black metal of the table. She was chilled to the bone. Inside and out. Her soul felt empty, the chilly wind caused her pale skin to bring bumps up.
Soft echoes of footsteps brought to Ginny Potter's attention that she was not alone. Bringing her head up, she wiped at her face. Her make-up was a mess, she knew. Yet it did not matter. The visitor was the whole reason she was present at this place this evening. Ginny focused on the form coming towards her. A pale oriental female in a suit was walking down the road. Her professional dress made it clear of her profession. Lawyer. How Cho Chang had become a lawyer was something Ginny had always wondered. She looked so... perfect. Even her hair was clipped perfectly on her head, not a strand out of place. She almost hated the other female for being so clean-so prim-when she was a mess.
"Mrs. Potter." Cho greeted her with a genial smile. Her hand was extended, ready to be held and shaken firmly. Ginny could only stare at it. Her ownj hand was disgusting. While Cho had perfect nails, Ginny's were cracked. Cho was a professional and showed it. Ginny was a wife, a mother, and such. She showed it as well. The name Cho had called her sunk in and she covered her face once more, sobbing silently.
"Mrs.... Ginny. Ginny Weasley. Do stop crying. Where is that beautiful smile of yours?" The words shocked Ginny enough to stop the wetness from flowing down her cheeks.
"He left me." The words came out a whisper. Her voice thoroughly sounding as if she did not believe it had happened. "No, not left. He's cheating on me. With Draco. Harry is... Oh bloody hell Cho, we all saw it! How could I think it would stop?" Her body was racked with silent, dry sobs.
The older woman pulled out a seat next to Ginny, her fingers lifting to push back stray red hairs. The action was so tender, it stilled Ginny's body. It was as if Cho's every move was calculated, done to keep her from breaking down completely once more. "We all did see it, but we thought nothing of it. It was so painfully obvious to everybody that we did not suspect it. Sometimes the most obvious thing is what is easiest to hide. After all, rivalry was normal. This is Harry's fault, not yours. Don't think it is." Cho tugged a small box out of her pocket, withdrawing a kerchief to wipe Ginny's face with.
"But.." Ginny closed her eyes, enjoying the soft feel of silk being pressed so tenderly against her skin. "Cho, didn't you realise? Harry never even knew. He's always been so dense. The whole world knew before he did. And.. and now my own son is just like him. Both are queer."
"Queer is not alweays bad, Ginny." The older woman smiled, caressing the skin from her cheeks to the bottom of her neck. Leaning forward, she pressed her lips softly against the pulse on Ginny's throat. "We were. Just a phase, wasn't it?"
"Cho... Please..." Ginny could remember all too well that night so long ago.
"Remember my 'dirty looks'?" Cho whispered against the shell of her ear, her tongue outlining the ear.

The night was humid. What had started as an arguement over Cho's constant dirty looks when she was with Harry. Ginny had sworn that Cho was always glaring at her. She accused Cho of being jealous. Just because Harry had asked her to marry him and not her was no reason to be so rude! What Ginny had not expected was for Cho to cry back at her. She could not even imagine what had happened next. Cho's kiss was as wet as she had heard from Harry once before. It was not as horrible as she thought though.
It soon became a tangle of body limbs. Cloth being pulled, tugged, torn, and thrown in the room. Moans enveloping the air around them. Body part upon body part. Mouth upon breast, teeth upon skin, fingers upon sensitive areas. Ginny was brought to new levels of pleasure that she had not thought possible. Harry was brief with her. Cho was tender, and even her fast actions lasted longer than Harry's attempted seductions. She climaxed just as she realised the truth of the dirty looks.
"You... You... No dirty looks?" Ginny questioned as their sweaty bodies lie upon the floor, too tired to move.
"No. Only affectionate ones." Cho's long, thin fingers slid through the straight red hair. Her lips pressed against every silky fiber. "I love you."

"Cho... What do I do? He doesn't even suspect I know." Her face was hid in her hands. The tears had stopped coming. She was no longer sad. If anything, the memories of that night so long ago had warmed her body. Her face was slightly flushed as she realised just why Cho always seemed so perfect to her.
"You keep on living. You enjoyed it all while you could. You gave Harry everything. Now you need to go on living. Leave him." Ginny looked up to see that Cho's beautiful raven hair tumbled from the clip to her back. She moved off the seat, moving closer to her red-headed lover. Ginny made herself warm against the heated skin of Cho. She could feel everything, even the lust building up in her former girlfriend's body.
"Cho... I love you. I'm so sorry. I... I shouldn't have chosen him over you. But I was afraid it was too late. He was my idol. He was our hero." Ginny turned her face, rubbing the swell of Cho's breasts through the perfect blouse.
"He was our hero. But he was never much of a lover to you. He couldn't love you like I do. Maybe... Maybe now you will see that."
"I really do love you." Ginny whispered, her lips pressing against Cho's flawless skin.
"I know Ginny. I love you too." Cho smiled and kissed the top of her girlfriend's head. "You can tell Harry you're staying out tonight. We have time to make up."
